Ms. Morrow is a Professional Engineer with over 21 years’ experience in project, program, and business management. She possesses excellent leadership, planning, budgeting, negotiating, coordinating, and computer skills. Trained in TQM techniques, Ms. Morrow has consistently completed projects on time and under budget.
